Rongdi Distillery
Rongdi Distillery is equipped with multiple high-quality, handcrafted copper pot stills, establishing a professional brewing system that produces a full range of premium spirits including gin, vodka, rum, and tequila.
Featuring a distinctive gourd-shaped pot body and a carefully designed lyne arm, the distillation equipment better preserves and concentrates the flavor compounds of the spirit during distillation, imbuing it with a rich, full-bodied texture.
To further enhance the precision of flavor control, we have innovatively introduced an external heating and temperature control system that regulates temperature fluctuations in real time throughout the distillation process. This retains the complex layers of flavor characteristic of traditional direct-fire heating while ensuring consistency across every batch of spirit.
The supporting column rectification tower works in tandem with the pot stills to form a flexible hybrid distillation structure. This design achieves the rich intensity required for spirits such as rum and tequila, while also producing ultra-pure vodka base spirit through high-efficiency rectification.
We maintain an extensive collection of casks, including port casks, sherry casks, Burgundy casks, Bourbon casks, Cognac casks, and rum casks.
This strategic inventory grants our master blenders unprecedented creative freedom, allowing them to precisely blend flavor elements from around the world much like a composer orchestrating different musical instruments. To date, our total cask inventory exceeds 6,000 units. This substantial stockpile not only guarantees stable and consistent flavors but also provides a solid foundation for innovative experimental cask finishing and aging.
Rongdi Beverage Production Line
Adopting an advanced information management system and introducing world-leading technologies from Germany’s Krones and Italy’s Cevico, the production line achieves full digital and intelligent management of the entire process.
The screw cap design for beverages utilizes precision thread molds from Krones (Germany) and a composite process with nano-silicone lining, delivering 360° seamless engagement. Its airtightness is improved by 200% compared with traditional crown caps.
